Situated in the heart of South Bank and nestled along the picturesque Brisbane River. This world-class venue is surrounded by a vibrant cultural precinct, from the Queensland Museum, to a range of restaurants, cafes, and bars, the precinct caters for every palate. The BCEC is the perfect gateway to a multifaceted experience where business and leisure seamlessly converge.

The BCEC has a car park facilities location within the Exhibition Centre, comprising a total 1,500 spaces. The car park has direct lift access to the Centre's multiple convention floors and exhibition facilities.
South Brisbane Railway Station adjacent to the Convention Centre on Grey Street or South Bank Railway Station are the most convenient stations to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Taxi ranks are located outside the main entrance to the Centre on Merivale Street and a taxi drop off located at the Convention Centre Grey Street entrance.
The Culture Centre Station on Melbourne Street and the South Bank Busway Station corner of Colchester and Tribune Street are closest to BCEC.
Both Brisbane domestic and international airports are a 30 minute drive from the Centre.
The AirTrain connects South Brisbane Station to Brisbane's international and domestic airports with stops in the Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley.
BCEC is a short stroll across from the Brisbane CBD connected via Victoria Bridge. Hotels, restaurants and bars, South Bank Beach and its parklands are all within walking distance from BCEC.
The public transport ferries CityCats operate everyday and stop at the South Bank River Terminal on the Clem Jones Promenade. The inner-city ferry travels between the CBD, North Quay and Kangaroo Point, stopping at South Bank Terminal 1 and 2 on the Clem Jones Promenade.
Parking on site at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is available 24 hours a day. With an undercover parking for up to 1500 vehicles available to both event guests and the general public with direct lift access to the Centre's convention and exhibition facilities and event spaces.
