All of the Accommodation blocks for the Congress are now fully exhausted.  Delegates should make alternative accommodation bookings if you are planning to attend the Congress.


Novotel Melbourne South Wharf - Fully Booked

The Novotel Melbourne South Wharf stands proudly in one of Melbourne's oldest locations, the historic South Wharf promenade. In contrast to the maritime docks and cargo sheds, is the contemporary architecture of Melbourne's newest buildings and attractions. The hotel is complemented with direct access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (a 1-minute walk) for attendees.

On arrival guests are welcomed to the elevated hotel reception level and lobby lounge. The hotel spans 26 levels with 347 accommodation rooms and suites, plus guests enjoy access to a 24-hour fitness centre. The Southbank accommodation includes complimentary Wi-Fi in all rooms, plus social spaces for guests to stay connected during their South Wharf hotel stay.


Mercure Melbourne Southbank - Fully Booked

Standard Room 

$175.00 per night. Includes breakfast and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

The newly refurbished Mercure Melbourne Southbank is ideally located just 601m from Southbank Promenade on the Yarra River, a 10-minute walk from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and popular Bourke Street Mall, and only 350m from Flinders Street Station. Each room is fitted with a generous bed, kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, safe and air conditioning. The hotel has a guest laundry, luggage storage, 24-hour front desk, a self-check-in desk and spacious meeting and event spaces. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and offers an all-day menu.


Cancellations:

Accommodation cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.

Payment

All accommodation accounts are payable at time of booking through the online registration form.  For those delegates who do not have a credit card, please contact ayacongress@gemsevents.com.au to organise payment. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you are required to settle your account in full before your booking can be confirmed with the hotel.
