Early Bird registration closes on Friday, 31 March 2023. You must register before this date to receive the discounted early bird registration fees. Registration is by credit card payment only unless special arrangements are made with the Conference Secretariat. Should an Early Bird invoice not be paid by the close of Early Bird registration, the registration fee will be amended to the Standard fee.
Standard RegistrationStandard registration will close on Wednesday, 31st May, 2023. Registration is by credit card payment only unless special arrangements are made with the Conference Secretariat. Should a Standard invoice not be paid by the close of Standard registration, the registration fee will be amended to include a $55 late fee. Late registration fees apply after the Standard registration close date.
Day Delegate RegistrationDay delegate registration covers attendance for a delegate attending the conference for one day only and does not include attendance at any social events. If you would like to attend for more than one day, a full conference registration must be purchased. Additional social event tickets can also be purchased by day delegates.
An optional Technical Tour will be held on Thursday, 8 June 2023. Technical Tour tickets are not included in any Conference Registration fees and must be purchased separately. Technical tour tickets include all catering and transport and can be purchased through the registration portal. Technical Tour tickets can be purchased independently of the Conference.
Social event tickets are included in some Early Bird and Standard Full Registration fees but are not included in Day Delegate fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying persons or day delegates through the online registration process.
All invoices are payable by credit at the time of registration unless special arrangements have been made with the Conference Secretariat. All registration invoices must be paid by no later than Wednesday, 31 May 2023.
Registration Cancellations:
All cancellations must be advised to GEMS Event Management Australia in writing via email before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from GEMS Event Management Australia. If you have not received acknowledgement within five (5) business days, please contact GEMS Event Management Australia on +61 2 9744 5252. If the cancellation is not received in writing, the registration fees will not be cancelled and full registration will still be payable.
Registration Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Monday, 1st May, 2023 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$125 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers at least 5 days prior to the Conference.
Online registration received by GEMS Event Management Australia are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable.
In the case of a medical emergency, including a Covid-19 diagnosis, which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the Conference, the Conference Organiser must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered. Where the Conference Organisers are advised of the situation after the Conference, and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the delegate must still pay the administration fee, along with any catering charges incurred for all catering events at which they were scheduled to attend.
Accommodation cancellations received within 60 days of the arrival date may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the cancelled accommodation. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.
Once your conference registration has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation from EventsAIR confirming successful completion of your registration within a few minutes of registering. Your Conference Registration Confirmation and Tax Invoice will be sent to you via email and no later than 5 working days after your registration has been completed.
