Breakfast: Full buffet breakfast is included. Available from 6.30 to 9.30am Monday to Friday and 7.00 to 10.00am on weekends.

Parking: Limited car parking is available at the rear of the hotel and can be accessed from Gheringhap street. There is a fee of $27 per 24 hours which can be billed to your guest account. Exit passes are available from reception. Parking can be booked in advance here.

Payment

All accommodation accounts are payable at time of booking through the online registration form.  For those delegates who do not have a credit card, please contact registration@gemsevents.com.au to organise payment. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you are required to settle your account in full before your booking can be confirmed with the hotel.

Cancellations

Accommodation cancellations received within 60 days of the arrival date may incur a cancellation fee dependent on the hotel booked.  Accommodation cancellations received within 30 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.
