Welcome to the Online Registration Portal for the NAPSA Conference 2025, to be held at Deakin University, Waterfront Campus, Geelong from Thursday, 6 November to Friday, 7 November 2025. 

As you complete the details on each page, click "Next" to proceed to the next section. 

For each new registration, you must create a unique login. Each delegate will receive a unique email address and password. 

First Time Creating an Account for the 2025 NAPSA Conference? 

If this is your first time creating an account for the 2025 NAPSA Conference, please click the "Create a new user account" tab. You are required to enter your email address, create and confirm a password and then press the "Next" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. 

Passwords must have a minimum length of seven (7) characters, and must contain numbers, upper and lower case alphabetic characters and at least one special character.

Already Created an Account for the 2025 NAPSA Conference? 

If you have already created an account for the 2025 NAPSA Conference, for example submitting an abstract, please click the "Sign in with your existing account" tab below. You are required to enter your email address and password used when you registered and then press "Next" in the bottom right corner of the screen. 

Please complete the registration form in one sitting, your account will not be created until the form has been submitted. (If you leave the web browser, your information will not be saved).

Please note, you cannot use your NAPSA membership login details to access this site, you will need to create a separate Conference login following the above steps.

Why are we processing your personal data?

We ask for your personal data to facilitate your registration for this Conference.

Will third parties have access to your personal data?

For this event, your personal data will be viewed and processed by GEMS Event Management Australia and the National Association of Prospective Student Advisers (NAPSA) as the convenors of the 2025 NAPSA Conference. If you opt in to having your information shared with Sponsors and Exhibitors, your personal data will be shared with these organisations approximately one week prior to the Conference.

How long will we store your personal data?

As attendees at a Conference convened by NASPA, your personal data will be retained indefinitely for the purpose of communicating information about future educational events, such as conferences and professional development activities.

Withdrawal of Consent

If you wish to be shown as a delegate on the Conference App and obtain information about conference delegates, conference program and speaker information, you will need to provide consent below.

Additionally, during the registration process, you will be asked if you wish to opt in to having your details shared with Sponsors and Exhibitors. If you do not opt in at that point, your information will not be shared to these parties.

Registration Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and NOT inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Full Conference registration packages are inclusive of the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, 5 November 2025 and the Conference Dinner on Thursday, 6 November 2025. For catering purposes, please indicate your attendance on the following page.

Accommodation

Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated with Rydges and Quest Central for delegates attending 2025 NAPSA Conference. These rates are only available to conference delegates and bookings MUST be made via the online registration form. Do not contact the hotel directly for these rates. Prices are listed in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are per room per night.

Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the date range below, or if you require more than one room, please contact the Conference Organiser via email to registration@gemsevents.com.au.

Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests, however accommodation is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

Please note that if you are sharing accommodation, only the person who is paying for the accommodation should make a booking.

Terms and Conditions
Invoices being paid by purchase order are payable net 30 days from date of invoice. For registrations made within 30 days from the first day of the Conference on Thursday, 6 November 2025 invoices must be settled by Thursday, 23 October 2025. Images may be taken at the NAPSA Conference 2025 and may be used for the purpose of future publications conducted on behalf of NAPSA. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on websites, electronic and print journals, and trade and non-trade publications. NAPSA claims the copyright of any image and may 'alter' any image for lawful purpose of NAPSA, and attendees release NAPSA from all claims and liability relating to any images taken or used. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please email registration@gemsevents.com.au to advise. Registration Cancellations: All cancellations must be advised to GEMS Event Management Australia in writing via email before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from GEMS Event Management Australia. If you have not received acknowledgment within five business days, please contact GEMS Event Management Australia on +61 2 9744 5252. If the cancellation is not received in writing, the registration fees will not be cancelled and full registration will still be payable. Registration Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Wednesday, 24 September 2025 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$220 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers at least five days prior to the Conference. Online registration received by GEMS Event Management Australia are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable. In the case of a medical emergency which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the Conference, the Conference Organiser must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered. Where the Conference Organisers are advised of the situation after the Conference, and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the delegate must still pay the administration fee, along with any additional charges incurred for all catering events at which they were scheduled to attend. Accommodation cancellations received within 30 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.
