Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated with the Rydges Hotel Parramatta for delegates attending SEPLA - CON 19. In order to qualify for these rates, delegates must booth their accommodation via the online registration form.

Cancellations: Accommodation cancellations must be provided no later than 30 days prior to your check- in date. Accommodation cancellation received received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid fees will still be payable.

Payment: All accommodation accounts are payable net 21 days from date of invoice. If you are booking 30 days of your arrival, you are required to settle your account in full before your booking can be confirmed with the hotel.
