CONFERENCE REGISTRATION 

Online registration for SEPLA-CON 2023 is now available.  

Early Bird registration fees are available until midnight on Friday, 5 May 2023.  Following the close of early bird registration, Standard registration will be available until midnight on Monday, 3 July 2023.  

Registration Types

Early Bird Registration

Early bird registration will close on Friday, 5th May 2023.  All invoices are payable net 21 days from date of invoice. For registrations made within 21 days prior to the close of early bird registration must be settled by Friday, 5th May 2023. Standard registration fees apply after the early bird registration close date.

Standard Registration

Standard registration will close on Monday, 3rd July 2023.  All invoices are payable net 21 days from date of invoice. For registrations made within 21 days from the first day of the Conference (Monday, 17th July 2023), invoices must be settled by Tuesday, 11th July 2023. Late registration fees apply after the Standard registration close date.

Day Delegate Registration

Day Delegate registration covers attendance for a delegate attending the conference for one day and does not include attendance at the Conference dinner. If you would like to attend for more than one day, a Two Day Conference registration must be purchased. Additional dinner tickets can also be purchased by day delegates.

Conference Dinner Tickets

A complimentary Conference Dinner tickets in included in Two Day Registration packages, but are not included in Day Delegate fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying persons or day delegates through the online registration process.

Member Registration

Member registrations are applicable for only those school leaders who are financial members of SEPLA NSW.  

Non Member Registration

Non member registration applies to all organisations and individuals who are not members of NSW SEPLA.  This rate also applies to non school leaders from both member and non member organisations.  All SLSO registration fees are set at a non member rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Monday, 12th June 2023 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$70 Administration Fee.

Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised via email to registration@gemsevents.com.au at least five (5) days prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable.

In the case of a medical emergency which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the Conference, the Conference Organiser must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered. Where the Conference Organisers are advised of the situation after the Conference, and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the delegate must still pay the administration fee, along with any catering charges incurred for all catering events at which they were scheduled to attend.

Accommodation cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable

Delivery Policy

Once your conference registration has been completed, you will receive an Email Confirmation and Tax Invoice from GEMS Event Management Australia within a few minutes of registering.  If you have not received this email within 2 hours of completing your registration, please contact our team at registration@gemsevents.com.au.  If your registration is being completed through the Large Group Registration Portal, individual confirmations will be emailed to members of your team as soon as the entire team have completed their registrations.  A Tax Invoice for the 'large group' will be sent 5 days after the upload of delegate details and any registrations not completed within those 5 days will be invoiced individually at the time of registration.

Payment Options

Conference registrations can be paid by P-card, credit card or direct debit.  P-card/credit card payment is preferred.  If you would like to pay your invoice via credit card, please contact the Accounts Team at GEMS Event Management Australia on 02 9744 5252.
