Registration is now available, please use the link below to register to the Reframing Autism 2023 Conference.

All registration fees are inclusive of GST and are shown in Australian Dollars. Registration is payable by credit card only at the time of registering, unless you register as a group there is an option for invoice payment.

Group Registration Discount: If you are registering a group of 3 or more, full conference registrations you are entitled to a 10% discount off the total cost. Please enter DISCOUNT10 during the group registration process.

Registration Types

There will be variety of registration types available, as well as the option to access the full conference or just a specific day, the types of registrations will include:

  • Professional Development Delegate (Principal/AP, Teacher, Academics)
  • Student (undergrad or postgrad) 
  • SLSO / Learning Support person
  • Parent or Autistic Person 

Standard Registration

Standard Registration fees will be applicable until Wednesday, 22nd February 2023


Payment Options

Registration is payable by credit card only at the time of registering, unless you register as a group there is an option for invoice payment.

Amex: 1.73% + $0.20 transaction fee

A Tax Invoice will be provided to you along with a confirmation email after completing your online registration. Conference registrations must be paid by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be advised to GEMS Event Management Australia in writing via email before the cancellation can be processed. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from GEMS Event Management Australia. If you have not received acknowledgement within five (5) business days, please contact GEMS Event Management Australia on +61 2 9744 5252.If the cancellation is not received in writing, the registration fees will not be cancelled, and full registration will still be payable. 

Registration Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Friday, 30th December 2022 will be accepted, and all fees refunded less an AUD$66 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers at least 5 days prior to the Conference. 

Online registration received by GEMS Event Management Australia are considered to be confirmed by the delegate. No tentative bookings will be accepted. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable.

In the case of a medical emergency which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the Conference, the Conference Organiser must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered.
