Situated right in the heart of Sydney, the CBD and financial distrcits are just a stone's throw away to the east. Green parkland sits beside bars and restaurants, and retail stores and luxury apartments nestle up to opulent hotels. This is everything Sydney's CBD has to offer, all in one thriving enclave.
ICC Sydney has two car parks comprising a total of 826 car spaces. Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, including Wilson Harbourside Car Park and Wilson Darling Square Car Park. Parking fees apply.
The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up location is Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre.
A short walk from Central or Town Hall will take you directly to Darling Quarter, Tumbalong Park and Sydney Visitor Centre. Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.
The Light Rail starts at Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west. The closest stop is ICC Sydney’s Convention Centre station.
If staying at the Conference Hotel, PARKROYAL Darling Harbour Sydney, the ICC Sydney is a short, 8-minute walk across the Darling Harbour precint.
The ICC Sydney has equitable and step-free access to every conference, exhibition and entertainment venue. The Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Aware Super Theatre are seamlessly connected via the step-free level two concourse which can be accessed from all three venues.
Convention Centre: Step free entrances are available at Iron Wharf Place and Woodward Fountain via automatic sliding doors. Internally, elevators to all levels are located on the ground floor to the left of Convention Café or to the right of the Customer Service Desk.
Accessible toilets, ramps and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points. Wheelchair and ambulant accessible restroom facilities are available for patrons throughout the venue. ICC Sydney has both left and right hand railing ambulant bathrooms.
Infra-red emitted hearing augmentation systems are in place in all meeting rooms and theatres, including Darling Harbour Theatre and Aware Super Theatre.
Complimentary hearing augmentation devices (hearing loops) are available to guests at the Customer Service desks located in the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Aware Super Theatre.
In order to collect a hearing augmentation device, a form of photo identification must be supplied. We do ask that the device remains on premises, and that the hirer return the device to the customer service desk when no longer required.
Accredited service animals are welcome inside the venue. We do ask that at all times the service animal is displaying their identification badge or medallion.
If the service animal needs to be taken outside of the venue to relieve itself, notify one of our friendly customer service team members who will direct you to the nearest outdoor area.
Outdoor areas include any grassed area, except children’s playgrounds, including Tumbalong Park and the ICC Sydney Forecourt in between Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre and across from ICC Sydney Administration Office.
ICC Sydney has wheelchair accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:

Simply connect to the “ICC Sydney Wifi” network and select “complimentary Wi-Fi”. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and select Login. The complimentary Wi-Fi has speeds up to 2Mbps.
ICC Sydney offers complimentary cloaking to all guests to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and First State Super Theatre. Cloaking is available at both Customer Service desks located on ground floor of Convention Centre and Level 2 of Exhibition.
