A vibrant district that’s only a few minutes’ walk from the world’s most beautiful harbour, with world-class dining, laneway bars, and major education and cultural institutions.

Steam Mill Lane

Always-on and larger-than-life, this little laneway punches above its weight with a mix of emerging fashion and lifestyle retailers, and is also the new home of some of Sydney’s best-known and loved food concepts. 

The Goods line

The Goods Line is a shared pedestrian and cycle path, and green public space, connecting Ultimo with Darling Harbour. It’s surrounded by some of Sydney’s most important cultural, educational and media institutions, such as the ABC, UTS, TAFE and the Museum of Applied Arts & Sciences (Powerhouse).

Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge

In many ways, Sydney is synonymous with the Harbour Bridge. It’s iconic, beautiful and loved by people all over Australia and the world. Not only is climbing it a fun and exciting thing to do, it’s also an adventure that will never be forgotten.

Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk

Enjoy one of Sydney’s most iconic walks, taking in beautiful beaches, cliff tops and great cafes along the way. The 6km walk takes two to three hours, depending on how often you stop, but you can also allow a full day to do the walk and enjoy a swim at each of the beaches enroute.

Beneath the Sails Tour

The iconic Sydney Opera House looks amazing on the outside but waits till you see what’s inside! Step beneath the ‘sails’ of this iconic building on your visit to Sydney. Take a tour, venture backstage, have a memorable dining experience in one of several restaurants, bars and cafes, or take in a show of music, theatre, dance, or opera.
