Cancellations: Accommodation cancellations must be provided no later than 30 days prior to your check-in date. Accommodation cancellations received between 14 and 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid fees will still be payable.

Payment: All accommodation accounts are payable net 21 days from date of invoice. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you are required to settle your account in full before your booking can be confirmed with the hotel.
