How to get there: Located within the Esplanade Hotel, the Bar is ideally located for delegates staying at the Esplanade Hotel throughout the Conference.
2024 Conference Dinner
Location: Southern Cross Ballroom, Esplanade Hotel

Time: 6.15 pm - 10.30 pm
(Drinks poolside from 6.15 pm | Move to Ballroom at 6.45 pm | Seated in Ballroom by 7.00 pm)

We are delighted to announce the theme for this year's Conference Dinner is 'Connecting Hearts'. We would love to see you all in your best red dress, shirt, tie, socks....and feel free to throw in some hearts!
The night is set to be a fun and relaxed affair with pre-diner drinks served poolside at the Esplanade Hotel, followed by a sit down dinner in the main ballroom. We should note, dancing shoes will be a must!
How to get there: Located within the Esplanade Hotel, the Ballroom will be set for a Dinner to remember.
Lights and Sound Warning - Please be advised that the conference dinner event will feature dynamic lighting effects and amplified sound. These elements are designed to enhance your experience but may be intense for some attendees.
If you have sensitivity to flashing lights or loud sounds, we recommend taking appropriate precautions. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, we will have lounge seating available in the ballroom foyer. Please feel free to step outside the event area for a moment of respite.
