• Facilitates engagement with local councils, Melbourne Water, Catchment Management Authorities (CMAs), and other key stakeholders.

Technical Advisory Panel

• Provides subject-matter expertise on hydrology, hydraulics, and stormwater quality management.
• Reviews and refines technical content in the manual.
• Engages with external consultants for research and content development.

Development and Publishing Team

• Drafts and structures the manual content.
• Reviews feedback from industry consultations.
• Maintains the online platform where the manual will be hosted.
