Accommodation Options

Discounted accommodation has been negotiated with the Ibis Darling Harbour and the Novotel on Darling Harbour for SEPLA-CON 2026.

In order to qualify for these rates, delegates must book their accommodation through GEMS Event Management Australia, via the online registration page.

$240 per night with 1 breakfast

$260 per night with 2 breakfasts

Room set up can include 1x Queen bed or 2x Single beds

Check in: available from 3pm

Check out: by 11am

Overnight parking is available at $65 per night.

Novotel on Darling Harbour

Superior Room

$290 per night with 1 breakfast

$320 per night with 2 breakfasts

Payment and Cancellation Terms

Payment Terms

All accommodation accounts are payable at time of booking through the online registration form.  For those delegates who do not have a credit card, please contact registration@gemsevents.com.au to organise payment. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you are required to settle your account in full before your booking can be confirmed with the hotel.

Cancellation Terms

Accommodation cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.
