David Lacey is founder and Managing Director of IDCARE. He has held senior executive roles across Government and industry within identity and cyber security, law enforcement and national security. He advises Governments and corporates on integrating customer-centric identity and cyber security response capabilities and has been recognised for his leading work in building and advancing cross-industry and sectorial initiatives.
David has held numerous Board roles in commercial and not-for-profit organisations and is an active member of government and industry Audit & Risk Committees. He holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in accounting & information systems, management and justice, is a Chartered Accountant, and has published widely on identity and cybercrime and its response.
He is recognised as a global leader in identity and cyber security and is frequently engaged as an expert media commentator, key note speaker and independent Director and Board member.

Professor Dr. Brenda K. Wiederhold, Ph.D., MBA, BCB, BCN is Co-Founder of the Virtual Reality Medical Center (VRMC) Professor Wiederhold is registered as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with the California Board of Psychology, the Belgian Commission des Psychologues and the Virginia Boards of Psychology. Her doctorate is in Clinical Health Psychology, and she is Board Certified in both Biofeedback and Neurofeedback. She currently maintains a private practice and is on the Medical Staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.
Dr. Wiederhold is Founder of the Interactive Media Institute, a 501c3 non-profit organization; a Visiting Professor at the Catholic University in Milan and an Advisory Board Member for the International Child Art Foundation in Washington, DC. Founder of the international CyberPsychology, CyberTherapy, & Social Networking Conference (CYPSY), now celebrating its 28th year, she also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the MedLine-indexed CyberPsychology, Behavior & Social Networking Journal (CYBER) published by Mary Ann Liebert Publishers in New York.
She has over 300 scientific publications and is currently completing her 18th book. Recognized as an international leader in the treatment of stress-related disorders, anxiety (panic, posttraumatic stress disorder and phobias), burnout, and pain with Virtual Reality exposure, biofeedback and cognitive-behavioral therapy, in 1996 she conducted the first randomised controlled clinical trial using VR and biosensors to treat fear of flying. In 2006 she conducted the first randomised controlled clinical trial using VR to treat Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans suffering from PTSD. She has conducted over 10,000 VR therapy sessions and given invited lectures and training programs in 29 countries throughout Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.
Professor Wiederhold works to inform and educate policymakers, funding agencies, world leaders, the scientific community and general public about the transformative impact technology can have on healthcare. A U.S. citizen, Dr. Wiederhold has lived and worked in Asia, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium.

Professor Andrew J. Campbell is head of the Cyberpsychology Research Group at The University of Sydney. Receiving his PhD in 2003, he was appointed as a Senior Child and Adolescent Psychologist at the Brain and Mind Research Institute, at The University of Sydney, and as a tenured academic researcher and teacher in Cyberpsychology and Human Development.
Over his career, Professor Campbell has secured more than USD$20million in funding for cyberpsychology research, including industry funding of over USD$3million. Over 12 years he led the concept, trial and development of ‘My Circles’, the world’s first custom built social network for counsellors to safely support children and adolescents’ mental health. My Circles now services youth across Australia and New Zealand through the charity Kids Helpline.
Professor Campbell has published more than 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals and is the inaugural Australasian Editor of the Journal of Cyberpsychology, Behavior and Social Networking. Between 2008 to 2012 he co-authored several textbooks on Human Development with acclaimed psychologist Professor Philip Zimbardo.
He won the 2017 Australian Psychological Society Award for Outstanding Lecturer, the 2023 The Sydney University Postgraduate Research Award for PhD Supervisor of the year in the School of Medical Sciences, and in 2024 the 18th CyberTherapy Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Achievements using VR & Advanced Technologies in Healthcare.
