ACCOMMODATION

For those delegates who booked and paid for accommodation at the Ibis Hotel Darling Harbour, your bookings have been cancelled and all accommodation payments will be refunded in full.  

Due to the large number of delegates who had registered to attend the ASEPA National Conference and SEPLA-CON 21, refunds will not be processed until the week of the 12th July, 2021.  

For delegates who paid by credit card, refunds will be made back to the credit card used for payment.  For all payments by direct debit, please email accounts@gemsevents.com.au with the details of your bank account and name of the delegates for whom accommodation was booked, so that refunds can be processed in a timely manner.
