Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated with The Quality Hotel Gateway, Wangaratta for delegates attending The 2025 Stormwater Victoria Conference. In order to qualify for these rates, delegates must book their accommodation through GEMS Event Management Australia, via the online registration page.

Run of House Accommodation: $225.00 per night

Accommodation rates are based on single share. Additional guests are priced at $40.00 per room per night.

Check in Time: From 2.00pm

Check Out: 10.00am

Breakfast: $25 per person. Open from 6.00am.

Parking: Complimentary parking onsite.

Payments

All accommodation accounts are payable at time of booking through the online registration form. For those delegates who do not have a credit card, please contact registration@gemsevents.com.au to organise payment. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, you are required to settle your account in full before your booking can be confirmed with the hotel.

Accommodation Cancellations

Accommodation cancellations received within 60 days of the arrival date may incur a cancellation fee dependent on the hotel booked. Accommodation cancellations received within 30 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.
