Early Bird registration closes on Friday, 29th March, 2019. You must register before this date to receive the discounted early bird registration fees. All early bird registrations must be paid within 21 days of the date of the invoice. Should an Early Bird invoice not be paid within 21 days, the registration fee will be amended to the Standard fee.
Standard registration will close on Wednesday, 29th May, 2019. All invoices are payable net 21 days from date of invoice. For registrations made within 21 days from the first day of the Conference (Tuesday 4th June, 2019), invoices must be settled by Friday 31st May, 2019. Late registration fees apply after the Standard registration close date.
Day delegate registration covers attendance for a delegate attending the conference for one day only and does not include attendance at any social events. If you would like to attend for more than one day, a full conference registration must be purchased. Additional social event tickets can also be purchased by day delegates.
Social event tickets are included in some Early Bird and Standard Full Registration fees but are not included in Day Delegate fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying persons or day delegates through the online registration process.
Registration cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Monday, 6th May, 2019 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD$125 Administration Fee.
Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers at least five (5) days prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference and any unpaid registration fees will still be payable.
In the case of a medical emergency which has caused a registered delegate to not attend the Conference, the Conference Organiser must be provided with a medical certificate or appropriate documentation before any refund will be considered. Where the Conference Organisers are advised of the situation after the Conference, and a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the delegate must still pay the administration fee, along with any catering charges incurred for all catering events at which they were scheduled to attend.
Accommodation cancellations received between 14 and 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation fee. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable
Once your conference registration has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation from EventsAIR confirming successful completion of your registration within a few minutes of registering. Your Conference Registration Confirmation and Tax Invoice will be sent to you via email and no later than 5 working days after your registration has been completed.

A Tax Invoice will be provided to you within 5 working days from time of registration. Conference registrations can be paid by direct debit, cheque or credit card.
