FIRST TIME REGISTERING FOR THE 2019 ICP CONVENTION?

If this is your first time registering for 2019 ICP Convention, please click the Create a new user account tab. You are required to enter your email address, create and confirm a password and then press the "Next" button at the bottom right corner of the screen to continue. Third Parties that will have access to your personal data

For this event, your personal data will be viewed and processed by GEMS Event Management Australia and ICP as the convenor of the 2019 International Confederation of Principals Convention. If you are an international delegate, to assist with obtaining a visa to Australia, the passport information for international delegates will be shared with the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
If you opt in to having your information shared with Sponsors and Exhibitors, your personal data will be shared to these organisations approximately one week prior to the Conference.

How long will we store your personal data?

As attendees at an event convened by ICP your personal data will be retained indefinitely for purposes of communication for future educational events such as conferences and workshops.

Withdrawal of Consent

During the registration process, you will be asked if you wish to opt in to have your details shared to Sponsors and Exhibitors. If you do not opt in, your information will not be shared to these parties.
