Yuliya Nogovitsyna

Yuliya Nogovitsyna is Program Director with Tabletochki, the largest childhood cancer charity foundation in Ukraine. In her role Yuliya leads the team of 15 and oversees the implementation of all Tabletochki’s assistance programs, including medical supplies, hospital facilities renovation, palliative care, outpatient housing, psychosocial support, childhood cancer survivorship care and training programs for healthcare workforce.

Yuliya is involved in pediatric cancer advocacy in Ukraine. Since 2018, she has been a member of all Ministry of Health and National Health Service of Ukraine childhood cancer working groups (including centralized medical procurement, National Cancer Control Plan, and medical standards groups).

Yuliya holds master degrees in NGO management and Global Child Health, and a PhD degree in international public law.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Yuliya and Tabletochki team have been playing a pivotal role in the evacuation of >1,500 Ukrainian children affected with cancer within the SAFER Ukraine initiative.
