Overview

A forward-looking session on the intermediary role emerging between law firms and a fragmented, fast-moving AI vendor market. The AI Broker evaluates, selects and manages AI tools on a firm's behalf and helps firms define the problem before they buy. This session looks at why the gap exists (broken buying cycles, digital literacy as a prerequisite to purchasing, vendor dependency and data-residency concerns), what the role looks like in practice, and whether it is built inside the firm or bought as an external service.
