Janelle Kerrisk is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Helix Group of Companies, a multidisciplinary professional services organisation spanning legal, compliance, social impact, and advisory services to the construction and infrastructure sectors. In 2025 Helix was the winner of the ALPMA Award for Excellence in External Impact and Janelle was a finalist for the UDIA Women in Leadership Award. Janelle has built a team of industry professionals across Queensland with offices established in Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville and Gold Coast. Initially starting with a team of three female professionals, today Helix remains majority female owned, engages a 63% female workforce and is led by majority female Principal lawyers. Janelle has a keen interest in personal and professional development and has facilitated business strategy training for the UDIA and the QLS.
