Biography
Ray D’Cruz is CEO and Co-Founder of Performance Leader, a software and consulting firm that implements performance and reward technology. Over 20 years, Ray has advised over 100 professional firms internationally on partner and employee performance management and reward governance. Ray is the co-author of The Partner Remuneration Handbook. He has worked as both a lawyer and senior HR practitioner.
