Biography
Steph began her career as a lawyer and has over 25 years of experience in organisational development, strategy and leadership roles and engagements across global legal and professional services. Now an executive coach, consultant and facilitator, she has built and led multi-regional high performing teams and successfully delivered whole-of-enterprise strategic change and transformation; mentoring and supporting new and emerging leaders along the way. She advises senior stakeholders in law firms, Big 4 accounting and government agencies. She now consults on leadership and executive development to Sydney Executive Plus, an initiative of the University of Sydney Business School.
