Overview
Law firms are making increasingly complex decisions about AI, technology, data, risk and how work gets done. Who joins it all up? Digital enablement does: it is the organisational function that connects strategy, people, process and technology to continuously improve how the firm operates and delivers value. This session identifies its component parts and, for each, analyses what it does, the test for whether it is working, and how it fails. Most firms already have much of what they need; the challenge is joining it up, and that takes deliberate design and commitment, not a big team or budget. Delegates will leave with a diagnostic to use in their firm.
