Financial Assistance Application Form

Thank you for your interest to attend the 6th Global Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Congress, which will be held from Tuesday, 3 December to Friday, 6 December 2024.

Please ensure that you have a signed letter of approval to attend the Congress from the leadership of your organisation/institution on official letterhead which must be uploaded as part of this application.

Please ensure you have read all the information within the Financial Assistance Application Guidelines before submitting your application.
