Bursary Application Portal

Welcome to the Bursary Application Portal for the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference, to be held at Mantra Lorne, Victoria from Tuesday, 2 June to Wednesday, 3 June 2026.

Applicants must be undergraduate students currently enrolled at an course undertaken by an tertiary education institution accredited with TEQSA, or part of a not-for-profit Community Group based in Victoria.

Successful applicants will be notified by Friday, 15 May and must be able to attend the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference on the 2 and 3 June 2026.

As you complete the details on each page, click "Next" to proceed to the next section. 

For each new application, you must create a unique login. Each applicant will receive a unique email address and password. 

First Time Creating an Account for the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference? 

If this is your first time creating an account for the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference, please click the "Create a new user account" tab. You are required to enter your email address, create and confirm a password and then press the "Next" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. 

Passwords must have a minimum length of seven (7) characters, and must contain numbers, upper and lower case alphabetic characters and at least one special character.

Already Created an Account for the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference? 

If you have already created an account for the 2026 Stormwater Victoria Conference, for example submitting an abstract, please click the "Sign in with your existing account" tab below. You are required to enter your email address and password used when you registered and then press "Next" in the bottom right corner of the screen. 

Please complete the registration form in one sitting, your account will not be created until the form has been submitted. (If you leave the web browser, your information will not be saved).

If you have attended previous Stormwater Victoria events, your password has not been transferred to this portal and you will need to set up a new account for this Conference.

2026 Student Bursary and Community Group / Not-For-Profit Application

All bursary applications should be submitted no later than Friday, 1 May 2026.
